Totally different people. You and your chums want slavery back, but you won't get it, kid. Too many people with decent British blood live over there still.

The first slaves in the new world were Irish, enslaved by the Brits.

Enslaved, obviously, by settlers. Slavery is against the law here, and has been since Norman times.

Despite the articles of secession of all the south saying slavery was the reason.

I guess irrefutable history is now fake news. Thanks trump

What did the secession documents say about slavery?

believing that the civil war was over slavery is the equivalent of the stupidity of believing that the waco siege was about stopping child rapist.
A sad commentary on we, as a people, and our viewpoint of our freedom can be summed up like this. We have liberals and conservatives, Democrats and Republicans, yet those very people look at Constitutionalists as radical and extreme.................so those liberals and conservatives, Democrats and Republicans must believe that the constitution is radical and extreme.
