    Big shock. Those who can convince themselves that Trump is qualified to be president are able to convince themselves that slavery was not the cause of the civil war. They are adept at self delusion. They can believe what they want or think they need.

    both of those examples were unanimously decided by the highest court though.

    These 5-4 cases were not very predominant before "Incorporation"
