    Honesty and integrity, name someone?Who in this country, alive today, has a bipartisan reputation for honesty and respectability and integrity? Are those values gone in our country? Are they still respected or Held to be valuable?

    I would agree on President Carter.

    His was the first name to come to mind.

    Never lied about anything. Never had to. An honest man, and a wise President we should have listened to.

    I think what you are referring to is someone who reflects honesty and integrity, everyone can be challenged for something they said or did in the past that might, so your pretty much eliminating all politicians if your looking for purity, the above conservative attacks on Carter prove that

    But there has to be degrees, I think Kasich as a Republican, and Brown as a Democrat, they pretty much stick to their convictions regardless of the consequences
