There’s actually a third option: agent provocateur.

They needed to beef up the Trump-Russian conspiracy with something besides an unverified Dossier and a drunk 20 something going on about Russia and emails in a London bar. So they sent Halper to bait some of Trump’s people into saying something they could work with to flesh it out.

It would be hard to make some of this stuff up.

4th option you are a TRumplestilskin and will fight the truth and the obvious facts to the end. Nothing in the Dossier has been refuted at this time, nothing. You are making it up.
