The NFL should have said it was about free speech and a constitutional right to protest and they will not interfere. But those billionaires are pussies and caved to the bully. Now they are in a real trouble.

Football fans are non-union. We can choose not to watch again this year, which is the choice I made. I won't watch ever again either, because of what is in their hearts.

The players can kneel, and I can respond by boycotting the NFL.

Do you really think anyone gives a flying fuck what you do? The NFL will do just fine without you and your kind.

Celebrations are against the rules, and that's a form of Free Speech but it still against the rules.

I don't have the right to celebrate in certain ways after a touchdown

That's actually a good point, except I never thought my opinion mattered to anyone else but me. And the idiotic millionaires that take a knee? Their opinions don't mean shit to me either

    What trouble are they in?

BTW, again; the First Amendment prevents Congress from limiting free speech rights. It does not apply to the NFL.

Players can kneel under the new rules. If they do, their franchise will face a fine, not the player.

This has been explained to you several times. You're either stupid or lying. Or both.

Why is it so important to the players that THIS be the way they express their unhappiness?

    Is there no other way?

Does your employer allow you to protest on company time in front of customers?

This is the way they can garner the most attention, I suppose.

The issue will draw out in court, possibly for years.
Meanwhile, players will take the knee, unabated.
We have the intellect to imagine the finality of our own demise but do not have the sophistication to overcome our survival instinct and accept it.
Solution? Magical thinking and childish promises of everlasting life.
    Ergo, religion.

    rac·ist
    rāsəst/noun
a person who believes that a particular race is superior to another.
Ask yourself honestly if this describes what you believe to be true.
If the answer is yes, you are a racist.
