They have a limited supply, although they have enriched Uranium -so you need access to look for centrifuges

The Iran deal was the same level of verification, but no access to military facilities, and it is a mountainous facilities as well as NK's.

But we also need international inspectors to look at their production facilities -
for evidence of miniaturization of either atomic or hydrogen bomb.

North and South Korea were making a lot of progress and should have continued without U.S. interference. If allowed to do so, the nuclear issues might have resolved themselves.
