No, I'm not a British subject. But I was raised Presbyterian, so I should be able to go to Scotland and throw a Catholic family out of their home and take it for my own.

It could happen. The United Kingdom is one of the very few countries in the world without a codified constitution.
Even North Korea has a constitution but the UK doesn't.

This means that Parliament could enact a law making everybody serfs and it would be legal (probably).
