Bigger than just wiretapping? Surely, you jest, Shirley.

    Reasonable suspicion you fucking moron.

The FBI was obligated to investigate.
Oh fucking bullshit. Who has been arrested or charged with "meeting with Russian spies"? A year in, and no arrests or indictments? Shut the fuck up dipshit.

the entire premise of the intelligence is that Podapolis is someone who would tell random people in a bar about his involvement in a scheme with Russia about the Trump campaign. It would be out of character for someone who is like that not to reveal the same info to someone who is actually paying him for his expertise in Russia and foreign affairs.

Surely you see that that evidence is valuable to the defense and should have been made available instead of hidden away under national security?

do you think talking to Russians enables a counter-intelligence investigation?

There has to be some evidence of collusion/espionage
The investigation requires an EC- FISA requires much more. "Talking to lots of Russians" isn't it
