Default Arguments For And Against School Uniforms

"While some argue that school uniforms eliminate distractions and help students focus on learning, others believe that a strict dress code stifles students’ self-expression. The Onion breaks down the arguments for and against school uniforms.

    FOR
Encourages students to bully based on who victim really is, not superficial appearances

Makes goth kids really work for it

Keeps students focused on learning the teachings of the lord, not their clothes

Gives children valuable experience with collared shirts that will be valuable later in life

    Promotes conformity

    AGAINST
    Ugh, so lame

Lunch box industry not prepared to pick up self-expression slack

Suppresses a young person’s need for individuality, currently expressed by wearing leggings purchased from Justice

Might increase student expression via words and actions

Not even Melissa can make a red and khaki color palette work

There should be four houses in each school. Gryffindor, Ravenclaw, Hufflepuff, and Slytherin.

I would totally wear the Gryffindor threads!

The kids can choose from 65 different uniforms ... one for every gender identity.

They can self express later in life after they get an education.

    Bring the uniforms.
