I have looked it up. He would have no problem meeting any of those (fairly simple) requirements (which have been modified over the years).

Non-citizens voting is a more relevant issue than illegal voting. A Texas woman (legal resident) was recently give six years for voting. Many are registered and it is difficult to measure how many of those actually voted.
