What is "it"?

It was all about adoption. Putin adopted Donald Trump.

What part of "he promised" is not enough for you?
If he promised anything, even to do nothing, that is consideration to support an illegal contract, and in this case a conspiracy.
They gave info, he promised to review sanctions. Convicted.
Oh and by the way that is a viewpoint placed in the best possible light from those who stood to be hurt by telling a more forthright version of everything.
Feel free to continue defending the worst human in the history of the world to sit in that chair.
Yes, nobody communicated to Trump that this occurred also. You are going to believe that whopper too, aren't you.
We don't care what the hell your ilk think or do. Justice will be through the system and you can be dragged to Jesus kicking and screaming.
I can wait. But it will be very sweet. Sweet justice.

You mean opposition research like the very thing that Clinton did that the FBI then used to start the investigation into Trump?
Op research is not illegal. It is not collusion. This certainly doesn't show anything other than the individuals in the meeting were attempting to lobby to get sanctions removed.

The Russians were trying to get sanctions removed, but Junior didn't know that going in. He was expecting dirt on Clinton.
Opposition research is one thing. A direct meeting with Russian agents to obtain dirt is solicitation and is a violation of the law. I've pointed that out to you cretins dozens of times.
ROFL..you've been in California too long.
It's perfectly fine to promise to review sanctions.
Now if it was " we'll give you the dirt on Clinton -and you drop sanctions", then you get into a quid pro quo.
Otherwise it was just lobbying to review sanctions..what info did they give Trump??
nothing but lobbying for the Maginsky act.

It is flat out violation of the plain language of the Logan Act and a felony. The language says "intent to influence" a foreign govt or its agents. Jarod Kushnayaikof, as actual or ostensible agent of the Orange Underwear stain, intended to influence Russia
into providing dirt on Hillary while not authorized to do so by th USA. Slam dunk.

Frankly I am astonished Putin would defend Trump now at all.
What a smart Putin would do is to try to place the biggest idiot possible in office as President of the USA, and then to work as hard as possible to destabilize and render such person impotent.
The goal should be to make your enemy weaker ALL the time. You do that by doing what I said. Install an idiot, and weaken and thwart him at every turn. Lather rinse repeat.
