Default U.S. judge questions special counsel's powers in Manafort case LOL

“I don’t see what relationship this indictment has with anything the special counsel is authorized to investigate,” U.S. District Judge T.S. Ellis in the Eastern District of Virginia said.

That’s called discovery, If he won’t give it to Congress, he surely won;t give it to a judge. Case is DOA! That’s what happens when you’re an idiot on witch hunt and go into a real court!

the origination document written by Rosenstien out lines all the people to be investigated and why.\

everyone else is blacked out but the Manifort lines

Mueller has a certain task; and, I believe he has completed that task when it comes to light that there is no collusion (which I believe happened this week). Yet, he persists, and is wandering around, looking for a crime to hang onto the POTUS. Good for this judge in telling him he is overstepping his mandate.

You believe. That is all you have is a belief. No proof, no evidence, no information. Just a belief. What could possibly be more powerful than your belief. How about the fact that Mueller is running a tight and legal operation looking for evidence . Is that as strong as your belief?

Why do you believe Mueller has completed his task? That is Rosenberg’s job to decide not yours, and Trump appointed Rosenberg to that job!
