    As this thread shows most have very little concern about the legality of the ruling. It's just a matter of whether my "side" is deemed to have won or lost. I think it goes without saying the problem with that mindset when people on both "sides" have it.

    That's just it. It is NOT a legal ruling. DACA is not a law passed by Congress. Therefore, the courts have no jurisdiction. None at all. They are completely powerless.
