The Obama administration literally seems like a paragon of virtue and clean government by comparison.

I wonder what it is specifically about Trump, that causes him to surround himself with many people of low ethical standards at best, or downright criminals at worst?

Pruitts a mess, but Repubs will fight for him to the death because he is one of them. Dr.,Jackson is now in trouble too. But he is supposed to be guilty of some improprieties and abuse of staff. Sounds like a perfect fit for Daffys admin.
