Watch our video to learn about the troubling history of public lands and to meet the conservationists of color who are trying to change the parks’ future.

So now Trump is responsible for niggers and spics not wanting to visit national parks, maybe he used mind control?

Tough shit. How about we take it out of your welfare check nigger?

This racist subhuman is all yours, Republican posters. Feel free to humiliate him, scorn him, or tell him to get the eff out of your party.

Jacking the National Park entrance fees to 70 dollars totally seems like a Republican thing.

Known fact that rightwing Republicans hate the very concept of public lands, and would love to sell them off. Documented, known fact.

Trump administration jacking up the fees for Americans to set foot on their own public lands seems like a great strategy to reduce popular and political support for National parks and public lands. If they are too effing expensive to use for a lot of Americans, why would they use them?
My hypothesis - Trump administration jacking up National Park fees to outrageous levels is part and parcel of the decades long conservative efforts to undermine support for public lands, with the long term goal of selling them off to our corporate overlords.

Are you claiming that people of color are denied entry?

The white man hung Blacks from trees in the woods and in national parks.

    It's why we stayed away.

Let's see which of my theories irritates the most people:

    1) Blacks are smart enough not to be going looking for shit that will eat you.

    2) National Parks generally require money and good cars and black folks seldom have both thanks to the oppressive legacy of intergenerational poverty

    3) Blacks are smart enough not to be going looking for shit that will your picnic basket.

Well, we can eliminate #2. That's just pure BS. Blacks have money and cars.

What is it with you people?

25 bucks isn't a lot to me, but it is a lot for many people. Not to mention the gas to get there.

What they really need to do is make access to public lands free.

If we can afford to spend three trillion dollars on a War on Iraq, I am pretty sure we can afford to have free access to public lands.
Free? What is going to be used to pay for the maintenance and the workers?

I have a suggestion. Use the money wasted on social welfare to fund it. If we can spend $22 trillion over 50 years on programs that produce no measurable improvement, I am pretty sure that money is being wasted and can go to better things.

Republicans are hermits and thieves, breaking into our summer cabins and raiding our supplies during the harsh winters.
I load up on treats they like before I leave: salty snacks, mountain dew, and Coors, in hopes they will leave the cellar of aged bordeaux alone.

The last time I went to a National Park, there where nothing but Foreigners taking Pictures (that's people from other countries and all colors)

    Conservatives hate conservation. Funny that.
