National Parks are hella expensive to visit. Last time I was at Yosemite it was 25 bucks just to get in.

25 bucks isn't a lot to me, but it is a lot for many people. Not to mention the gas to get there.

What they really need to do is make access to public lands free.

If we can afford to spend three trillion dollars on a War on Iraq, I am pretty sure we can afford to have free access to public lands.

I have a suggestion. Use the money wasted on social welfare to fund it. If we can spend $22 trillion over 50 years on programs that produce no measurable improvement, I am pretty sure that money is being wasted and can go to better things.
