Watch again. She says "somebody needs to break in" and throw a grenade. Does that mean somebody is going to do it because of what she said. If I throw a grenade in Spencer's house can she be charged because of my action? No, I am responsible for what I did. She did not force me to.
Research the law on threats. You can find many cases that were worse than this that were overturned or never prosecuted:
"If I get drafted and get my sights on LBJ I will shoot him." Threats cannot be based on a condition that might never occur.
A guy posted the following on the Yahoo message board about Obama: ""f---the n-----, he will have a 50 cal in the head soon," and "shoot the n--."
Both of these cases were overturned.
Based on some of your other posts you appeared to be very religious. What kind of Christian calls people an idiot? You seem to have missed the point of your religion.
Duh? No. If I tell you to murder a cop and you do it, can I be charged? That is like a little kid whose mother asks him why he hit his brother and he says "Bobby told me to."
There was a book about how to kill someone and a woman followed it and committed a murder. The book publisher was sued but the plaintiff lost the case.
If you can show me any cases where I am wrong I would be happy to correct any misperceptions on my part.
There is hope for you yet, honey bee:

That, too. Many people whose politics involves real anger and hostility toward those on the other side usually have personality issues that really aren't connected to politics. That is just how they find a way to express that anger. They need an evil source to blame for the world's problems and also explains why they are not more successful. She said in that video "I am tired of being the bigger person, both literally and figuratively." At least she has a sense of humor. She said she was going to buy a gun (somewhat surprising).
She's just disappointed she is not a college professor in the 1960's when there really were violent revolutionary groups. She would have been a good member of the Symbionese Liberation Army.
We have the intellect to imagine the finality of our own demise but do not have the sophistication to overcome our survival instinct and accept it.
Solution? Magical thinking and childish promises of everlasting life.
Ergo, religion.
rac·ist
rāsəst/noun
a person who believes that a particular race is superior to another.
Ask yourself honestly if this describes what you believe to be true.
If the answer is yes, you are a racist.
"When government fears the people, there is liberty. When the people fear the government, there is tyranny."
A lie doesn't become the truth, wrong doesn't become right, and evil doesn't become good just because it is accepted by a majority.
