First, she mocks the death of Barbara Bush, now she is promoting terrorist attacks. She is actually asking people to commit acts of terror against someone. Last I heard, this was a felony. So why isn't she in prison?

ATF decided it could not regulate bump stocks during the Obama administration.

It wasn't a terrorist threat. She did not say she was going to do anything. Free speech protects "mere advocacy." You can advocate anything you choose as long as you take no action toward that end. You can say "somebody should blow up the White House." But, if you say "I'm going to blow up the White House" and they determine that threat is serious and you are capable of doing it (rather than just expressing opposition) then that is a threat. Most such statements are not serious threats because the person has no intention of actually doing it.
