I don't frequent Starbucks.
How is Starbucks supposed to know they're telling the truth?
Can you explain that, without going off on one of your tangents?

I go to Starbucks for meetings all the time. A lot of people do.

Should they start turning all of those people away, because they're not sure if they can believe them or not? Or should they pick & choose, based on who "seems" believable, or other factors?

There is certainly plenty of faux racebaiting out there, but we like to think that discrimination is either over or somewhere on the fringes - and it isn't.

Police officers come in all races. A very small percentage of them are bad actors. They shouldn't be discriminated against any more than members of a given race should be. Also, I find it interesting that you reply quoted something I said to someone else, but not what I said to you.

Re: the bolded - in the corporate world, people arrange meetings at Starbucks every day, in every city across the country. This is something Starbucks encourages, because most people at these meetings will drink coffee.

Nope - people have meetings at Starbucks all of the time. And some people at those meetings choose not to drink coffee - but Starbucks still encourages them, because most will, or will purchase something else.

Look at the reaction of the CEO; I don't have to convince him. He doesn't want people to stop having meetings at Starbucks.
