You obviously have a problem with English language comprehension.
Let me explain. The phrase "...dossier material
important to the package" ≠ "...dossier material
most important part of the package". It has been acknowledged that the dossier was one part of a package of evidence that, when combined and taken as a whole, added up to being enough to grant the FISA warrant. It was also disclosed to the judge who issued the warrant that it was political in nature.
You can twist this shit out of proportion until you drop from exhaustion but it's not going to change one fact or sway one opinion. The FISA warrant was obtained legally and ethically and any information learned by the FBI as a result of it is clean, usable and admissable.
