Do you honestly think this wouldn't have happened without President Moon? Do you know anything about the issue? It was the South that first presented the offer to Trump. I guarantee you if President Park had still been in office nothing of the sort would've happened as they would've discussed nothing.

btw what makes this different from Iran is that Iran is actively trying to become the regional hegemon replacing SA. As can be seen by the numerous proxy wars it engages in. NK is an entirely different situation.

The change in SK was a big factor in this. It doesn't mean that Trump deserves no credit - but SK was probably the bigger piece of this.
