Suppose the Democrats ran Michael Moore? Makes great films, has great ideas, but has zero experience.
What do you consider "Traditional Republican political positions"?

Dems running Michael Moore would be a disaster. It would assure four more years for Trump.
I'm hoping that either Kasich, Rand Paul or Mitt Romney win the Republican nomination. I'd be fine with any of those three over any dem.
Judge Juan M. Merchan wrote that Trump “appears to take the position that his situation and this case are unique and that the pre-trial publicity will never subside. However, this view does not align with reality.”

I can vouch for that. I said the same thing on DCJ.
Nobody belived us,( at least I got a lot of grief) but I saw the underlying frailties of her campaign

Comey can run for snitch in his cell block.
Abortion rights dogma can obscure human reason & harden the human heart so much that the same person who feels
empathy for animal suffering can lack compassion for unborn children who experience lethal violence and excruciating
    pain in abortion.

Unborn animals are protected in their nesting places, humans are not. To abort something is to end something
which has begun. To abort life is to end it.

All three categories are highly respectable. Why are you still waiting for your precious Central Planner/organizer/work camp generator class to accomplish something worthwhile?

Neither of you two have an ounce of credibility on the subject of Hillary Clinton because, as everyone knows, you're both so insanely and irrationally filled with loathing for her, you'll spew any bile you can think of, no matter how far outside the bounds of reality it might be.

No bile spewed about her in this thread. Read this OP. https://www.justplainpolitics.com/sh...ion-poll-finds She's lower than Trump now. By a significant amount. I'd say the OP https://www.justplainpolitics.com/sh...ion-poll-finds and the NBC poll in it vindicates us.

The dumbass redneck shit you spout is such nonsense it's beyond being able to be refuted.

Trying to refute the garbage you puke would be like trying to refute the yapping of a dog that's too stupid to STFU.
Then you should shut the fuck up Fido.

That's exactly why Bernie would have won in a landslide. trump called everyone names, so calling Bernie a Socialist would simply give Bernie the opportunity to explain exactly what a Democratic Socialist is.

This election was about changing D.C. Many Bernie supporters voted for trump for just that reason. The rest stayed home.
Once in a while you get shown the light, in the strangest of places if you look at it right.

So much hatred the SPLC was created, and has grown into a massive organization, and still cannot keep up. There was seething hatred during the Obama administration, some of it actually whipped up by Trump. Now, it has grown to the point it was able to take over the Republican party.

I don't see how that can end well for the Republican Party. What it has stood for is being usurped by something ugly.

Could we be seeing the makings of a third party?
