Default federal gun control is unconstitutional and unlawful

A sad commentary on we, as a people, and our viewpoint of our freedom can be summed up like this. We have liberals and conservatives, Democrats and Republicans, yet those very people look at Constitutionalists as radical and extreme.................so those liberals and conservatives, Democrats and Republicans must believe that the constitution is radical and extreme.

That isn't true, at all. Very few rights are unlimited.

It's really like saying slander is protected under the Constitution, because it's speech.

there is no right to commit a crime, so what you're trying to show as no rights are absolute, is bunk. all rights are absolute. committing crimes is not a right.

2A is repealed, owning a gun is now a crime. There, problem solved. You can still defend yourself, you just can't use a gun to do it. Fix your arguments.

when owning a gun becomes a crime, I will not only be a criminal, but I will also be a freedom fighter restoring the constitution from those who have usurped it.

But such a change would require an outstanding mandate from "we the people" as you'd call them.

If all federal gun control is unconstitutional, how do you feel about the current restrictions put on fully automatic weapons?

    They're unconstitutional and inherently prejudice.

they're bogus and should be ignored. the problem lies with a majority who don't understand the constitution or don't care about the constitution
