this is what tyranny looks like
so in the state of TX it's been completely legal and constitutional to open carry a long gun and 4 years ago we passed open carry of handguns with a license to carry. This is not new law, but apparently the police department in Olmos Park, TX doesn't care about the laws written by the state legislature or the TX constitution. After several incidents in that city where the police have performed 'felony' stops of people lawfully open carrying and then arresting them for an invalid city ordnance, there was a phone call with the Olmos Park police chief where he stated that people who were peaceably open carrying would not be accosted with cops pointing guns at them and arrested....so the founder of Open Carry Texas put that to the test today.......and as you'll see not only did they threaten them, they assaulted and injured them, then arrested them......after no crime had been committed.
so lets see who will support cops no matter what
A sad commentary on we, as a people, and our viewpoint of our freedom can be summed up like this. We have liberals and conservatives, Democrats and Republicans, yet those very people look at Constitutionalists as radical and extreme.................so those liberals and conservatives, Democrats and Republicans must believe that the constitution is radical and extreme.
