    “Occupied”
Is a Norwegian political thriller TV series. Set in the near future, Russia initiates a "silk glove" invasion of Norway to restart oil production, but soon uncertainty, chaos and danger erupt.

    “Babylon Berlin”
A Soviet freight train's hijacking leads a haunted cop and a poor typist to uncover a political conspiracy amid the vice and glamour of 1929 Berlin.

    “Fartsa”
This Russian series kicks off in Moscow in 1961, as four childhood friends on the brink of adulthood decide to go into business together — illegal business, born out of desperation. They become “fartsovshchik”: black-market retailers who sell contraband Western clothing. The show has a “Catch Me if You Can” vibe; it’s colorful and peppy and bright, with inventive tracking shots and a fizzy energy (NY Times review).

Ill check those... but you gotta see "WILD WILD COUNTRY" its a documentary that is really interesting.

This is a good Netflix series I saw, loosely based on the true events surrounding German neo-fascists. Surprisingly, there seemed to be lot of parallels between these xenophobic German Neo-nazis, and the "very fine" righttwingers of the Trump's clown show base.

    NSU German History X
After German reunification, the neo-Nazi National Socialist Underground begins a killing spree while cops fight an uphill battle to catch them.

"Enemy at the Gates" was an excellent movie recently on Netflix, with the Battle of Stalingrad serving as the backdrop....based on the true story of Soviet sniper Vasily Zaytsev, played by Jude Law. I give it 4.5 our of 5 stars!
I just started watching the new AMC show McMafia, which is about an exiled Russian Jewish family attempting to resurrect its business ventures and survive the powerful oligarchs who drove them into exile. The protagonist was educated in London and America, and is alienated from his Russian roots, but, similar to Corleone, is driven back into the family fold after an assassination.

    Default My Zombie Recomendation

This Netflix film is the best zombie movie I have seen since the excellent "28 Days Later" flick of 2002.
And trust me, I am a zombie expert, having killed thousands of zombies throughout the Resident Evil video game series, and having sat through seven seasons of "Walking Dead".

Ravenous is a Canadian horror film As a zombie plague ravages their rural Quebec town, a scrappy band of survivors join forces to flee the infected hordes in this quiet thriller.
