Early dangers with knob and tube wiring were first interpreted as a hurdle to ever actually installing electricity into the home, and we all know how that worked out

We need to go back to this. Universal speed limit of 4 miles per an hour in the country and 2 miles per an hour in the city, and the person driving the road locomotive has to hire two people to stand in front of and behind the vehicle waving a red flag. Anything else and you don't care about children.
