Time for a shoot out in a cabin in the woods.

We have the intellect to imagine the finality of our own demise but do not have the sophistication to overcome our survival instinct and accept it.
Solution? Magical thinking and childish promises of everlasting life.
    Ergo, religion.

    rac·ist
    rāsəst/noun
a person who believes that a particular race is superior to another.
Ask yourself honestly if this describes what you believe to be true.
If the answer is yes, you are a racist.

i love pissing you statist mother fuckers off to no end when you have no real answer to the questions posed to you, other than to sputter 'but but but'....

    you lose, fucktards.
A sad commentary on we, as a people, and our viewpoint of our freedom can be summed up like this. We have liberals and conservatives, Democrats and Republicans, yet those very people look at Constitutionalists as radical and extreme.................so those liberals and conservatives, Democrats and Republicans must believe that the constitution is radical and extreme.

But in this vain, shouldn’t all potential dangerous things be taken from him?

Why not take the car too?
Limit his ability to buy fertilizer?
    Remove all knives?

All temporarily of course so you can have some measure of feeling safe.

Because we all know that YOUR perceived feelings of safety are more important than an individuals rights

This action merely proves what I have said all along about the “mental health” conversation regarding guns. It is nothing more than a left wing backward way of confiscating weapons cloaked as a “reasonable” action

This too will fail because as is always the case with lefties, you will go too far and will receive a backlash

America seems a strange place. In most countries it is not regarded as 'fascism' to want to prevent madmen from killing your children.

States always had this power prior to the 14th Amendment creating the ambiguity that created 5-4 decisions today.

You do realize that, right? All the people you quoted would have zero problem under the constitution from seeing the State exercising this power.

Zealotry is no excuse for retardism

the states have their own constitutions to adhere to, though most of the states showed that they are even more corrupt than the federal government, thus the 14th.

absolutely, and I support leaving it all up to the states. the federal government is SUPPOSED to be LIMITED and RESTRICTED.

Fascism is when the govt takes away guns. When the guns are gone, everything is gone. THINK - super-fascist america-hater.

What would this proof look like? Why it is impossible to prove until they shoot up a school. Well then, forget background checks. Everyone is safe until people die. The guy who shot up the show in Vegas was innocent until he pulled the trigger. Up to that point, there was no proof he was going through with it.

    That is logical to you?

it is freedom to me. Everything you are advocating, right now, EVERYTHING!!!!, is the exact opposite of why the founders rebelled and created a new nation of freedom. WHY are you now swallowing the tyrannical government koolaid of safety by approving of the removal/negation of innocent until proven guilty?
