1) Electoral votes are what is used to determine the winner not overall popular vote
2) That you keep bringing up a type vote that isn't used proves you don't understand the system nor why it was put in place

Sure she did under the system we use. In my State, Trump won the majority of the popular votes which means he received all of its electoral votes. Same thing with the other 29 States and the 2nd district in Maine . Hillary won the popular vote in 20 states and D.C. which is why she got the electoral votes from those states. When the individual electoral votes in the 54 separate and unrelated elections that occurred in November, 2016 were added up, Trump reached 270 electoral votes and Hillary didn't.

The number of states mean absolutely nothing, its the 3 million vote plurality that counts.
