All hail Putin and his monthly check to my office shore account.
He is a sexy beast and I'm heterosexual!
Seriously, I went to Moscow about 3 years ago and it looks like Beverly Hills the closer you get to the Kremlin. Oh wait, I forgot to mention all the police and apparently (I was told) private guards everywhere. Imagine walking into a mall with armed guards with actual military rifles.
And then imagine being driven back to the airport, on daylight this time, and seeing the awful despair between the 1 mile radius of the Kremlin.
Granted there are a few well to areas, but the vast population of Putin's empire are poor.
Will history repeat itself?
Long walk off short pier,? Putin, Putin Putin!!

Signed confessions are almost invariably obtained by torture of one form or another.
Does leaving nerve toxins all over the place like a madman's spit sound like a pro state job to you ?
' The Russians ' is a very broad term . If you are talking about the individuals suspected of using polonium for a hit- well- polonium isn't a nerve agent is it.We know that Russian agents have done this sort of thing before.
The only two indisputable similarities so far are that the victims were both Russian traitors and the hits took place in London. Neither amounts to ' evidence ' of anything at all.
Besides- aren't Novichok agents claimed to be undetectable ? And who else gets to examine the evidence apart from CIA poodles ? For all we'll EVER know these people were sprayed with Roundup.

In 2006, Putin passed a law that sanctioned the use of assassination. This was targeted specifically at people designated as traitors, outside Russia.

The law was directed against people accused of "extremism" - loosely defined but including "those slandering the president of the Russian Federation", i.e Putin.
Luckily there is no such law in the US or there would be a holocaust.

I'd want to see the evidence- just like I do now- and I know that there won't be any forthcoming. Speculation rules. I have my suspicions - and they're mine, not shovelled into my open mouth by a confused establishment seeking the path of least resistance.
Be reasonable in your thinking. The formula supposedly used was supposedly super-powerful nerve toxin of ' weapons-grade strength ' supposedly only obtainable by the Russian state.
Except even the damned ' victim ' isn't dead. Further, anybody who may have come into contact with this Beelzebub of deadly weapons-grade material is ' advised to wash their clothes '
It's a comedy.
Yes, you're right about Litvinenko. Sort of. He was just A Russian FSB secret agent who fled to London for asylum.
Novichok, incidentally, is not a ' secret ' formula compound. It was developed in Russia but of course that's not where it stayed.
This Russo-phobia is politically-stoked hogwash designed to create public hysteria. We ought to be more worried about the ' why ' than the ' whodunnit '.

Black ops chemical attacks have been ongoing for at least two years- according to this observer.Russian MoD also says it has information that militants in Syria are planning to stage chemical attacks against civilians under the guise of the Syrian government. According to Gerasimov, they have already sent ‘civilians’ in Eastern Ghouta who will ‘play victims’ of chemical attacks. Members of the White Helmets and film crews are already there, he pointed out.

An amateur hit in London comes as no surprise at all.

It is high time that we passed our own version of the Magnitsky Act.
