After reading the details of the situation in the link, the only negative I can see is where it said Tyrone was taken to the hospital. The morgue would have been the proper location.

The idea of them not having an opportunity to get out because some bleeding heart Liberal believes they're reformed while in prison is better.
In this situation, the asshole gets shot dead while trying to rob a business. That's justice.
