Since you don't and have never worked, it doesn't affect you. To get a cut you have to pay first. If you pay 0%, still paying 0% doesn't mean a cut.

A majority of Americans now support Republican-led tax reform, according to a new poll from The New York Times.

The poll, done in conjunction with SurveyMonkey, says that 51 percent of Americans approve of tax reform, while just 46 percent disapprove. Republicans have enjoyed a steep rise in support for their tax reform plan, climbing from just 37 percent approval in December...

The increase in popularity coincides with workers opening their checks and seeing bigger numbers on the bottom line...

Yeah, getting a 10 bucks a month raise will put you in the top 1 percent. Of course, if you are at the top, you will get a much, much bigger boost. Trumps economy will supercharge inflation, so that tiny raise will soon disappear. And yes, lots of people are not getting a dime. Trump is changing the rules so restaurant workers will lose much of their tip money too. You are nuts if you think Trump gives a shit about you. He tossed a few pennies at you so you will ignore the bonus to the plutocrats.

Those not getting a dime shouldn't since they're the ones that don't pay any income taxes in the first place. If you've been paying 0% you can't get a cut.
