Trump just said a few months ago that he believed Putin when Putin told him they weren't trying to interfere or influence our election.

That was a big oopsy. But, you'll go w/ whatever quote you can google because it helps you keep the blinders one. As I said, I'm really not sure what Trump has done to inspire such blind loyalty - but it's definitely there.

I've never given much credence to the suggestion that the Kremlin has some dirt on Trump that they could use to influence him. I know the IC was wary of him because they suspected something of the sort, but I didn't believe it.
