    Trump is losing it, also.

Gerrymandering is something Americans should have no tolerance for - whether it benefits the right or left. It has always been ridiculous. I'm so glad to see this ruling.

well hell, we let the courts usurp power over the constitution from us, lets let them dissolve the legislature and the executive and have our oligarchy. especially since y'all put so much faith in them in the first place.
A sad commentary on we, as a people, and our viewpoint of our freedom can be summed up like this. We have liberals and conservatives, Democrats and Republicans, yet those very people look at Constitutionalists as radical and extreme.................so those liberals and conservatives, Democrats and Republicans must believe that the constitution is radical and extreme.

I can't believe you would defend gerrymandering, and some of these districts that we see w/ thin snakes going for miles.

All gerrymandering does is create protected seats, so that our elected representatives are no longer held accountable and can essentially serve for life. What a joke.

ATF decided it could not regulate bump stocks during the Obama administration.
It that time," the NRA wrote in a statement. "The NRA believes that devices designed to allow semiautomatic rifles to function like fully-automatic rifles should be subject to additional regulations."
The ATF and Obama admin. ignored the NRA recommendations.

i hate gerrymandering, but I LOVE the constitution and NOTHING in the constitution gives the courts the power to override the will of elected representatives UNLESS it is clearly outlined in the constitution. redrawing districts is NOT there.

i'm willing to bet that if the sides were reversed, most libs would be just as pissed.

Dems like me had to contend with a republican legislature for years. Both houses have been red since 1995 except for the House from 2007-2010. So I'm very familiar with repubs ramming their agenda through the assembly.

No judges are going to be impeached, that's just silly.

Yes I know one guy thinks he can make it happen but the votes won't be there in the Senate.

Obviously, the Reich Wing does not believe it can win in a fair fight, so they have spent the last two decades gaming the system through Gerry mandering, voter suppression and voter disenfranchisement. I mean, they already have the U.S. Senate and the Electoral college unfairly favoring sparsely populated, rural red states....I guess they are trying to run the table!
