On Friday, Judge Emmet Sullivan issued an order in United States v. Flynn that, while widely unnoticed, reveals something fascinating: A motion by Michael Flynn to withdraw his guilty plea based on government misconduct is likely in the works.

I was one of the only ones that argued this a couple weeks ago, one of the only ones to say flynn may withdraw his plea. I had this mini argument vs. this forums notorious dipshit lawyer. Seems my deep level analysis may deliver once again.

This may or may not materialize, but where are the investigative reporters in the media?

Flynn walking would be a huge development, and the mere fact it’s quite possible is worthy of a report.

Now this new right wing conspiracy got them all in, Comey, Yates, Strzok, and of course Mueller, all based upon an opinion piece authored by Byron York. If you don't know who Byron York is he is a major Fox political commentator

This innuendo is based upon a Judge Sullivan's, the assigned Judge in the case, order for Mueller to basically give all the information he has on Flynn to Flynn before sentencing, which is a common practice and doesn't really represent anything out of the ordinary. York, noting that the action didn't draw attention, implies it may actually mean more than assumed, which when coupled with Flynn's sentencing being moved till May, makes for a good innuendo for the right to echo and formulate into a conspiracy

It's the latest, and I'd put it right up there with "secret societies" and "POTUS wants everything we have"
