Open carry is not for 'Blacks or non whites.

Open carry is for whites to be prepared to legally take out a Black or other minority.

Ask Keith Lamont Scott or Philando castile, law abiding Black citizens who were legally permitted to carry guns.

They are both dead because they had weapons........they are perceived as a threat.
