I think there is lots of evidence it is not complete.

And the evidence is that Trump is president. The investigation will be completed once an establishment candidate is elected.

I have never subscribed to what you call a "conspiracy theory". I don't know whether there was collusion between the Trump campaign and Russian agents, and if there was, whether Trump himself was in on it. It's possible - his character and record certainly would not rule it out - so it needs to be investigated.

What would persuade me that there was very likely no collusion would be if Mueller completed his investigation and announced he had found no evidence of it. That hasn't happened yet.

Donald Trump said Thursday that he meant exactly what he said when he called President Barack Obama the "founder of ISIS" and objected when a conservative radio show host tried to clarify the GOP nominee's position.

Trump was asked by host Hugh Hewitt about the comments Trump made Wednesday night in Florida. Hewitt said he understood Trump to mean that Obama created the vacuum, he lost the peace.

Trump objected. "No, I meant he's the founder of ISIS," Trump said. "I do. He was the most valuable player. I give him the most valuable player award. I give her, too, by the way, Hillary Clinton."
