    Default Why is heroin illegal?

Heroin does not kill people, people kill people? Have you ever heard seen Heroin overdose someone without a person using it?

Why is it illegal for an 18 year old to buy beer? Beer does not do anything bad on its own...

Why are they blaming the beer?

    why this idiot argument?
A sad commentary on we, as a people, and our viewpoint of our freedom can be summed up like this. We have liberals and conservatives, Democrats and Republicans, yet those very people look at Constitutionalists as radical and extreme.................so those liberals and conservatives, Democrats and Republicans must believe that the constitution is radical and extreme.

Have you ever seen an AR-15 murder someone without a person misusing it?

I was watching Live PD last night. There was a known heroin user that had apparently just used and was sitting in a restaurant (looked like a Subway type location) all doped up. The person had no clue where he was. Paramedics were there helping and were going to transport him to the hospital. If you believe things like heroin should be legal, does that mean when things like this happen, the owner can physically toss his ass out in the street and EMS crew not have to provide assistance?

I encourage all my liberal friends to partake in the joys of hard drugs as often as possible.

The owner should call EMS, they should dry the bum out and force him to pay for the service rendered.

So no responsibility on part of the drug abuser? Interesting that you hold those not doing drugs more accountable than the ones doing them. Seriously hurts your argument.

He specifically said that the user should be forced to pay for the cost of his medical services. Can you read?

In the situations where the person you say should be forced to pay can't pay, does that mean the services can be refused?

That's an answer just not to the question I asked.

Can they deny him services if he can't be forced to do something you say he should be forced to do?
