Here's another great Andrew McCarthy article on the obstruction question. If you want to skim to the end, he does offer some neat insight into the executive powers of the president, but, he also ponders whether it's possible for a president to commit obstruction when only engaging in legal activities (i.e. Nixon offered illegal bribes and Clinton committed perjury).
