About 10 years ago we got serious about salt and sugar and we worked hard to drastically reduce both no more pop etc etc
and it was unbelievable we lost between 10 to 12% of our weight of coarse we worked out 3 times a week also but the loss
was dramatic over 4 months. and this worked well but little by little we let it sneak back in the diet so we gained back about
5% of the weight so out goes the salt and sugar again, it'll be easier now because we know exactly what to do. I didn't mention
that it wasn't just a weight thing we wanted to help our health out also we never felt better.
