As far as what trump told the doctor to release. I got a good chuckle when the doc said that he suggested that trump lose 10-15 lbs in the next year.

They are reporting BMI = 29.9.
Obese is BMI = 30.0

You are right. Trump is at least 40 pounds overweight.
But for somebody who refuses regular exercise, and eats junk food compulsively, losing 10 to 15 pounds is really what is feasible -- not ideal,

Reading between the lines was funny. When pushed for info on exactly what exercise he wanted trump to do, I found it interesting that the record breaking days on the golf course was never mentioned.

If you're a doctor discussing exercise, I'd think that the mention of 3 days/week of golf would come up as a means to show that fat boy gets some exercise.
