Why did no Republican candidates attack trump for talking about his genital size?

You know the names of the top candidates, and I already posted what they should have said in the OP. They could say things like 'can you imagine Ronald Reagan discussing the size of his genitals in a presidential debate? He respected the dignity of the office.'

A lot of Republican candidates for president were on stage when trump brought up the size of his genitals, saying he had no problem about that.

Why didn't one of the other candidates attack him immediately for violating the dignity of the office and the debate? Instead they all did not, and he 'won' the point.

I understand as a socialist free market Republicans are anathema to you but it's on you if you choose not to understand why voters picked Trump and refuse to understand it. Still the worlds oldest teenager. Name calling and low grade insults are so dicky. He has brought the office down to a level never reached before. We have had bad presidents before, but they did not harm the office like Daffy Donald has. The dignity will be difficult to get back. Maybe President Warren can elevate it again. An intelligent well spoken person who speaks in facts will be a welcome change.
