When it comes to education, I can’t stand either republicans or democrats. Bunch of goobers, all of them. Both sides are mostly wrong and aren’t about to change. So we end up with a populace that continues to perform under the line.

College is work without pay; only a bully demands that. Fatcats love mice. Sadistic businessmen will only hire those who've humiliated themselves by living like teenagers afraid to grow up. Yet the rich give their brats plenty of money to live on in college. They better give the few of us who actually belong in college the same, or some day we will man up and make sure the richkids never graduate.

Under this class-biased indentured servitude, a college graduate has no right to his job. Are we supposed to feel sorry for the brownnosing wimp who sacrifices growing up in order to get ahead? He steals his position from somebody with more talent but too much self-respect to put himself through that childish, depressing, and insulting pseudo-opportunity just because the hypocritical plutocracy says so.

How many people have the skills and the desire to do a given job and how many of the jobs are available. You know, the way wages are determined in the private sector. For instance, there are often several dozen qualified applicants who apply for a single position as a kindergarten teacher. Meanwhile, it is often difficult to find a single qualified applicant to teach AP calculus. Union rules require a glorified babysitter to be paid the same as a person teaching a subject that is incomprehensible to many people.

Take one of the few effective teachers, the basketball coach. Does he demonstrate a layup and then tell his team to go home and practice it, saying, "And I hope your parents care about your basketball skills by making sure you work at them"? Does he blame the kids' parents if his team can't win? The educationist Establishment, not the unions or the teachers, are to blame for dumbing down the nation.
