DACA was implemented through executive order, even Obama admitted he didn't have the Constitutional authority to do it but he did it anyways, so the assertion that Trump can't reverse this executive order is absurd and unprecedented. All Executive Orders are reversible through executive order, that is what separates them from statutes you ignorant fuck.

Responding in October 2010 to demands that he implement immigration reforms unilaterally, Obama declared, "I am not king. I can't do these things just by myself." In March 2011, he said that with "respect to the notion that I can just suspend deportations through executive order, that's just not the case." Do you people no understand that there is a different standard for an injunction to keep the status quo, than there is when the final ruling is made?

It is very easy to get a court to enforce an injunction that will keep things as they were until the full Court can hear the case.

You do understand that DACA was created by executive order in contravention of Article 1 of the Constitution right? Trump only reversed an unconstitutional decision of Obama's imperial presidency which ruled by decree.
