    i dont get it. On the one hand CEO's say their companies do not need lower tax rates. On the other hand these same companies keep inverting onto lower tax countries and keep their income off shore.

    Should we believe their words or their actions?

    No one likes to pay taxes, it is a necessary evil/good for a modern, industrial society. The US is falling behind because our infrastructure is so antiquated. It’s sad to watch.

    and again what bloomberg is saying is that the tax rate has no impact on a companies decision to stay in a country or invest in it.

    I again pose the question to you. Bloomberg and other CEOs say this on one hand. On the other companies keep inverting and stashing money abroad.
