What Are the Requirements to Become a Supreme Court Justice?
Question: What are the requirements to become a Supreme Court justice?
Answer: Ironically, there are no requirements given in the Constitution for becoming a Supreme Court justice. No age, experience, or citizenship rules exist. In fact, a Supreme Court justice does not need to even have a law degree. However, since the Senate confirms justices, experience and background have become important factors in the confirmations.
SEDITION: incitement of resistance to or insurrection against lawful authority.

It's actually not Trump doing this.
Trump is too fucking stupid, and uninformed to have a credible opinion on American jurisprudence.
Other people are making the choices, people much smarter than Trump, and Trump is just signing off of them.
Obviously, a distinction without much of a difference.
But, to me the point is....why did anyone expect this dim witted man child to be a "populist" champion, a man for the working people? He is to fucking stupid to have informed opinions or substantive knowledge about how the government operates.
It was always going to be a cast of the same old rightwing reactionaries behind the scenes making the decisions.
