    A: Unfortunately not. A voter may cast an absentee ballot if they:

    A: Take a photo ID. Appropriate forms of ID include the following, if they are valid and contain a photograph of the voter:
    Alabama Driver’s License

    A: Yes, you do. You must have an ID for both absentee voting and voting in person on Election Day. Appropriate IDs include:

    Q: What if I don’t have one the qualifying ID’s?
    A: If you don’t, you are eligible to apply for a free voter photo identification card. You must be a registered voter in order to obtain a free Alabama photo voter ID card.
