One cop had a beanbag gun, another an AR- sumptin somptin. Bith discharged at the "perp" at the same time.

Well, guess what? He died on the spot.

Is this a serious question? How fast could one go from a knife at their own throat, to attacking someone else with said knife? Perps sometimes use fake out ploys.
