Or you could skip the middle cake and just apply that rum to yourself. lol That really does look good though.

Went on a foraging expedition Saturday with ppl from the university. Brought home a bucket of wild leeks (ramps). I just pick the leaves so as not to kill the plants. Had some in salad yesterday, chopped raw. Going to make some bacon and leek soup today, and then dehydrate the rest. If they dehydrate well I'll be doing some more foraging later in the week. We also found some fiddleheads. They're delicious raw or sauteed in butter with a touch of garlic (or leeks!).

I started a strict diet before vacation to ease my issues. I'm avoiding wheat, red meat, poultry, gluten, oxalate, eggs, dairy, acidic foods, spicy foods. Fuck that shit once vacation starts though. I mostly am trying for plant protein, but some pork once a week is fine. I'm amazed I found a good looking dessert for all of those criteria.

It's 4 and a half minutes long, just watch the last 1 and a half minute. A possible vacation idea. I know you're a little tight with a nickel, I think the parachute is optional. You could save there?

A plant based chemical compound, often to be avoided if you have kidney stone issues. It often combines with calcium, and that can cause the stones to form. Some research has shown that consuming calcium, and the oxalate foods together will make the substances bind in the stomach rather that in the kidneys though.

I liked it. Now that guy has to climb all the way back up to get his gear. That is my feedback.

hahahaha ... I did NOT think about that. Good Point.

I posted it for Jade and Owl. Thinking that the exhilaration, the biting cold, the adrenalin rush, the intensity, and the final resting place where the body recovers back to a normal state ... would be appreciated. Along with a tad of humor (parachute optional), would elicit a "Thanks", or at least a Smiley Face. Once again, ... I was wrong.

It did. Thanks. At least there is one caring, compassionate, loving soul (obviously NOT Jade or Owl) on the JPP Forum that can reach out and say 'Thanks for the effort, I do like it oh so much'.
(with Jade going to Canada, I thought it was appropriate)
