I have found that I don’t like my IP for slow cooking as much as I do my crockpot. The pulled pork in the IP just doesn’t seem to fall apart like it does in the slow cooker.

But, for shredded chicken to be used in salads, burritos, sandwiches, etc., the IP can’t be beat.

    Hard boiled eggs
    Beans
    Rice

    All great.

You also can’t beat it for yogurt. That’s perhaps my favorite.

Glad to see you're still alive. I was beginning to think the worst.
    You haven't missed much here.

Thanks for keeping this thread going

It was a bright spot in the cesspool of petty grudges and meaningless trolling JPP is infamous for.

Great season for baking. I love baking although I don't eat much of the stuff. Just rediscovered I have the rabbit's foot on making fudge.

Where from? How big? We just bought a 3+ pounder for $48 around Thanksgiving. Even a full size should be well under $100. Are you buying from a specialty farm rather than a box store?

I think the best fudge I've ever had was Fantasy Fudge- made with a jar of Marshmellow Cream!

    Here is a great recipe...

I have also made this recipe and adding a package of dried cherries to it for even a more Gourmet taste!
