I don't know what you mean by "natural people," since corporations aren't owned, managed, or staffed by machines.

I mention small businesses because 1) they still employ far more people than do large businesses, and 2) it is now December, which means that the Trump Administration has basically been focused on small businesses for the last ten months until this tax bill finally got to the table, with regard to actual policy initiatives.
