"We’ve already lost’ — GOP takes stock of the nightmare unfolding in Alabama"
"Whether their candidate, Roy Moore, overcomes multiple on-the-record accusations of child molestation and sexual misconduct to win on Dec. 12 or not, top party officials concede that Alabama has been a disaster for the national brand — and either result will put the Republican congressional majorities in jeopardy."
"If Moore wins, Republicans fear that candidates up and down the ballot will be forced to answer for his every alleged action and confirmed comment, as the Senate grapples with whether to seat him. If he loses to Democrat Doug Jones, then the Republican hold on the Senate majority will grow even more tenuous, threatening to grind congressional action to a halt"

Being a Democrat, it's tough to decide which outcome would better, nice to have another Democrat Senator, but the show good ole Roy could put on in Washington would give Repbulicans yet another embarrassment to defend in next year's elections. Tough call

Taking Alabama gives us a shot at the senate. That's what's most important. With the senate, we can block a Trump appointment if one of the liberal justices die or retires. The importance of this cannot be overstated.

Democrats can't take back the Senate in 2018, statistically it is stacked against them, they have to defend twenty four seats,
some of which won in the Obama landslide in 2012. Tall task
They have a better shot at the House, although that is also difficult, a Democrat House would immediately open up investigations into the President's financial dealings, which definitely be entertaining

They have a route to taking the senate *if* they take Alabama. Then they just have to take Nevada and Arizona. It becomes possible. Whereas it's basically not otherwise, because the next most vulnerable seat after Arizona is Texas.

If McCain dies as well we have two pickup opportunities in Arizona, which can pad a loss in one of the deep red states we're crossing our fingers on.

Basically what I've been saying. But when I say it, I'm told it's just my "feels," or someone asks, "Is that another prediction? LOL".
Either way, Trump has gone all in on Moore. For a guy supposedly so brilliant at "branding," it's amazing what he's done to the GOP in just a year or so.

Quite obviously many democrats have no idea about what Alabama is.
Many would offer their teenage daughters up to Moore and consider it an honor.
AMERICAN HISTORY ITSELF IS A TESTAMENT TO THE STRENGTH AND RESILIENCE OF AFRICAN PEOPLE. WE, ALONG WITH THE COURGE AND SACRIFICES OF CONSCIOUS WHITE AMERICANS, LIKE VIOLA LIUZZO, EVERETT DIRKSEN, AND MANY OTHERS, HAVE FOUGHT AND DIED TOGETHER FOR OUR FREEDOM, AND FOR OUR SURVIVAL.
In America, rights are are not determined by what is just, fair, equitable, honest, nor by what Jesus would do. Rights are determined ONLY by what you can DEMAND.
Moore will win Alabama! All the white voters are his cousins.

The only word you people have is if
I always love it when liberals say “no matter what happens, it is a win for Democrats”
